Ruby Frances Crandell was born on Sept 23, 2010 at 3:11pm. She weighed 7 lbs 9 oz and is 20 1/2 inches long.
She is doing very well and is such a sweet baby. Here are some more pictures from our exciting day!
We are so excited for Ruby to share her birthday with her great grandmother, Frances Harrison who turned 100 on this special day! We're looking forward to our trip to North Carolina next month to have these two meet each other.
Everything west smoothly and labor was actually not that long or difficult this time so that is definitely a blessing. Since this was my due date, we did make an appointment to induce but I was already having contractions when we arrived at the hospital. At one check I was at a 4 and got my epidural, then the next check I was fully dilated and my water had broken. The nurse tried to slow things down to give the doctor time to get there and luckily it worked. A couple of pushes later she was here!
As stated before, she is a very sweet baby and definitely a keeper!
