I want to post very quickly that of the 4 pounds I lost the first day, I have only gained 2 back. Not too bad considering how much I've cheated this weekend. Seriously, I have NO will power!
I got hit with a massive migraine headache last night. I have no idea if it's related or coincidental but it was a killer. My head didn't even come off the pillow until noon today.
LJ is down 5 pounds. He's happy. Tomorrow is our first "cleanse" day. We're not supposed to eat except drinking this certain juice 4 times a day and drinking LOTS of water. It will be interesting.
