House for Sale

After almost 7 years, we've decided that it's time to move into a bigger house. This house has served us well and we have loved doing all of the remodeling but we do have a growing family. It's time. Unfortunately it's not the best time for the housing market. That's OK. We feel that if it's meant to be for us to move, the right family will find our house as long as we spread the word. We are not going to go looking for a new home yet so we don't get our hopes up or get into a situation that can hurt down the road. Once we have a good offer, then we'll go looking. There are plenty of homes available out there, we shouldn't have a problem finding one that is perfect for us.

So if anyone knows of anyone in the market to buy a house....have them give me a call. It's a 4 bedroom, 3 bath with 1900 sq ft. Right now we're asking $235,000. We'd be happy to make a deal. Here are some more pics I have of the house.
